Who we are

Manabi Labs designs, builds and runs web and mobile software. You can reach us at hello@manabilabs.com.

What we collect

When you book a call: your name, your email, your company (optional), your message, and the time you choose. Nothing else. We don't use tracking cookies.

Why

Only to arrange and hold the call you asked for.

Who handles it

Google (Calendar and Meet) holds your booking and sends your invite. Cloudflare hosts this site and screens out spam. Both may process data outside India.

How long we keep it

We delete booking details from our calendar 12 months after the call. Copies in your own calendar, and Google's own records, are outside our control.

Keeping it safe

Your details travel over encrypted connections and are only seen by the people who run your call.

Your rights

You can ask us to see a summary of your details, correct them, or delete them. You can change your mind at any time: decline the calendar invite or email us, and we'll cancel the call and delete your details. You can also name someone to act on your behalf if you die or can't act yourself.

Complaints

If we don't resolve your complaint, you can take it to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly book calls with them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date below.
